High quality and accuracy of data collected starts with a well designed CRF.
BIOP offers:
- Case Report Form design for EDC, paper, or scanned formats using your corporate standards
- To develop a standard modular CRF library for your company upon request and teach you how to use it
- To produce CRFs layouts and formats from scratch
- Professional review of study protocols and alignment of CRF and protocol
- To develop CRF Completion Guidelines based on the protocol
- To arrange printing of paper CRFs and dispatch to participating centers
- To design any other data capture tools such as Patient Diaries, Questionnaires, and Worksheets etc.
Our software for paper CRF design includes Adobe PageMaker (V 6.5 and 7.0), Adobe InDesign CS5 and FrameMaker (V 7.1), but we can also design CRFs in Word or other packages.
- All our CRF Designers have work experience as Data Managers, Programmers and/or Medical Coders in the pharmaceutical industry or in CROs.
Our goals:

- To find the best balance between effective data collection and structuring the CRF to support data entry.
- To collect data in a manner that facilitates analysis.
